Today, the Taganka District Court of Moscow has sustained a case of Roscomnadzor with a claim to block Telegram in Russia for refusing to provide the FSB with the keys to decrypt users' correspondence. This is reported by Mediazona.
The lawyers representing the interests of the messenger developers did not come to court: Pavel Durov forbade them "to legitimize the frank farce by their presence". The court ruling says that Telegram blocking should start immediately.
