Russia is afraid of introducing a peacekeeping mission to an uncontrolled section of the Ukrainian-Russian border in the Donbass. President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko claimed this at the 11th Kyiv Security Forum, OstroV’s correspondent reports.
"The peacekeeping mission must cover the entire occupied territory, including the uncontrolled section of the Ukrainian-Russian border, I have no doubt that once we establish control over the border, this land will become peaceful in a matter of weeks", - he said.
"This is what Russia is afraid of", - Poroshenko said.
