Pechersk District Court of Kyiv has granted a new motion of the GPOU to withdraw the submission on detention of Euromaidan activist Ivan Bubenchyk, - correspondent of OstroV reports.

During the court session, the prosecution withdrew the motion on detention of Ivan Bubenchyk.

"I withdraw my earlier motion on applying a measure of restraint in the form of detention for Ivan Bubenchyk", - Deputy Prosecutor General Anzhela Stryzhevska reported.

She also explained that today, the GPOU would deliver a new suspicion to Bubenchyk.

As reported, detained participant of the Revolution of Dignity Ivan Bubenchyk was suspected of two murders and one attempted murder of "Berkut" figters.
