The Russian adviser to the leader of the "DNR" Alexander Kazakov assures that the changes in the "constitution" do not extend the term of Zakharchenko's rule until 2019. He commented on the information, promulgated by terrorist Alexander Khodakovsky that "the deputies of the republic" were ordered to change the "constitution" in such a way as to increase the term of the "head of the Republic" in power for one year.

According to Khodakovsky, this would allow Alexander Zakharchenko not to participate in "elections" in 2018 and remain in his position at least until 2019.

Kazakov calls this information untrue and assures that changes in the "constitution" will come into effect after the next "elections".

"Funny situation: one person (an MP) sends the document (not secret, but not for publication) to another person, opposed to the authorities. This well-known blogger, demonstrating his illiteracy, publishes the document. And declares that the head of the Republic and the deputies of the People's Council decided to extend their powers for a year. This nonsense is contagious", - the adviser sneers.

"My friends: the changes in the Constitution, regarding the terms, refer to the legal reality AFTER ELECTIONS. Well, look, at least, at the Russian precedent!", - Kazakov tried to disprove Khodakovsky’s statements.
