Representatives of the "DNR" prohibit the OSCE SMM from communicating with civilians in the occupied territory. This is stated in the report of the OSCE SMM for December 10.

"On 8 December, armed "DNR" members stopped the SMM near a gas station close to a checkpoint in Horlivka and denied it access to the area of the checkpoint. The SMM informed the JCCC", - the report said.

It is also noted that on 8 December, near the same checkpoint in occupied Horlivka, the SMM was talking to a group of civilians when armed "DPR" members approached the SMM.

"The armed men told the SMM to stop talking to civilians and leave the area. The SMM left the area and informed the JCCC", - the report said.
