Verkhovna Rada adopted State Budget for 2018

The Verkhovna Rada has approved the state budget for 2018. 273 people's deputies supported the law No 7000 in the second reading, - 112.ua reports.

Most MPs from Petro Poroshenko Bloc, People's Front, most non-affiliated, Vidrodzhennya Party group, Radical Party of Oleh Lyashko and People's Will supported the state budget.

The Opposition Bloc and the majority of Samopomich disapproved the bill (some abstained from voting, some voted for). The entire Batkivshchyna faction was absent in the hall according to the results of voting.

Revenues of the state budget for the next year have been established in the amount of 913 billion 613 million 702.5 thousand UAH, including revenues of the general fund - 839 billion 837 million 370.4 UAH and revenues of the special fund - 73 billion 776 million 332.1 thousand UAH.

The expenses are envisaged in the amount of 988 billion 634 million 334.5 thousand UAH, including 906 billion 650 million 267.4 thousand UAH from the general fund and 81 billion 984 million 67.1 thousand UAH from the special fund.

Maximum limit of the budget deficit is determined in the amount of 81 billion 849 million 380 thousand UAH, including of the general fund - 61 billion 735 million 945.1 thousand UAH and of the special fund - 20 billion 113 million 434.9 thousand UAH.

Minimal salary - 3 723 UAH per month and 22.41 UAH per hour.

Minimal living wage for one person in 2018 will be 1700 UAH from January 1, 2018, 1777 UAH — from July 1, 1853 UAH — from December 1.

Such minimal living wage was determined for the main groups of population:

children under 6 years: from January 1, 2018 — 1492 UAH, from July 1 — 1559 UAH, from December 1 — 1626 UAH;

children aged 6 to 18 years: from 1 January 2018 — 1860 UAH, from 1 July — 1944 UAH, from 1 December — 2027 UAH;

able-bodied persons: from January 1, 2018 — 1762 UAH, from July 1 — 1841 UAH, from December 1 — 1921 UAH;

persons who have lost their efficiency: from 1 January 2018 — 1373 UAH, from 1 July — 1435 UAH, from 1 December — 1497 UAH.

The following expenses were provided in the draft law for the second reading:

Defence Ministry - 86 billion 17 million 500 thousand UAH;

Interior Ministry - 65 billion 988 million 309.1 thousand UAH;

Security Service of Ukraine - 7 billion 652 million UAH;

Prosecutor General's Office - 6 billion 768 million 863.4 thousand UAH, including 116 million 132.8 thousand UAH for the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office;

Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine - 2 billion 500 million UAH;

National Police - 24 billion 496 million 380 thousand UAH;

Border management - 500 million UAH;

National Guard - 10 billion 902 million UAH;

Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine - 1 billion 793 million 300 thousand UAH;

Ministry of temporarily occupied territories - 193 million 883.5 thousand UAH.

Ministry of Education and Science - 31 billion 325 million 620.6 thousand UAH, in particular 30 million 95.7 thousand UAH for the State Service of the quality of education - 30 million 95.7 thousand UAH;

Healthcare Ministry - 26 billion 542 million 810.6 thousand UAH, in particular 8 billion 265 million 518.5 thousand UAH for the National Service of Health of Ukraine;

Social Policy Ministry - 150 billion 137 million 180.8 thousand UAH, including 139 billion 313 million 418.3 thousand UAH in the Pension Fund.

State Agency of Automobile Roads of Ukraine - 28 billion 351 million 516.1 thousand UAH;

State Emergencies Service - 11 billion 234 million UAH;

Subsidies - 70 billion 992 million 648.2 thousand UAH.

Supreme Court - 1 billion 733 million 100.9 thousand UAH;

Constitutional Court - 182 million 306.9 thousand UAH.

The apparatus of the Verkhovna Rada was allocated 1 billion 669 million 657.4 thousand UAH, in particular 61 million 550.9 thousand UAH for the work of Rada channel and Holos Ukrayiny newspaper;

The Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers received 969 million 293.6 thousand UAH, and Uryadovy Kuryer newspaper - 4 million 361.1 thousand UAH.

State Committee for TV and Radio Broadcasting - 1 billion 76 million 440.7 thousand UAH;

Ministry of Culture - 6 billion 373 million 811.1 thousand UAH, in particular 520 million 717 thousand UAH for the State Cinema Committee and 57 million 375.8 thousand UAH for Ukrainian Institute of National Remembrance;

State Space Agency - 3 billion 180 million 33.2 thousand UAH;

State Bureau of Investigation - 651 million 567.3 thousand UAH;

National Academy of Sciences - 4 billion 496 million 814.8 thousand UAH.
