Grenades were blown up in the Nikopol court: there are victims and wounded

Explosion occurred in the local court of Nikopol in the Dnipropetrovsk oblast. As the result, there are dead and wounded. This was reported to Ukrayinska Pravda by the press secretary of the National Police Yaroslav Trakalo.

According to him, the incident occurred in the Nikopol regional court. "At 11:20, during a hearing of the case on murder, a man pulled out two grenades (according to preliminary data) and blew them up", – Trakalo reported. "There are three suspects in this case, now they are under trial", – he specified. According to Trakalo, the man died at the scene.

There are also seven injured, including three defendants, they are hospitalized. There are also two members of the escort service, court personnel-secretary and one civilian among the injured.

It is about the case of shooting of a man in Nikopol, which occurred in 2016. Trakalo clarified that the father of a man, the murder of which was being heard, had blown up the grenades. This happened after the court postponed the meeting once again. "He threw grenades when the suspects were placed in handcuffs", – the representative of the National Police specified.

Explosives experts and crime scene investigation team are working on the scene. The issue of putting the case on the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations under Part 2 of Art. 115 – premeditated murder, is being solved.

It is reported that in February 2016, unidentified persons shot at the Geely car, what resulted in the death of two passengers. One of them was the son of the man who blew grenades up in court.
