A Mariupol resident was sentenced to three years in prison for incitement to violence change of regime in Ukraine

Three years of imprisonment were given to a Mariupol resident who spread on the internet material calling for violent change and overthrow of the constitutional order in Ukraine. Ilichevsky District Court of Mariupol passed the sentence – reports the press-group of ASSU in Donetsk region.

"The investigators of the Agency of the SSU in Donetsk region were investigating the circumstances of the crime and collected evidence, that is unchallengeable  to prove guilt of  the law breaker", - said the statement.

The court found 36-year-old man guilty of an offense under Part 3 of Article 109 of the Criminal Code and sentenced him to 3 years of imprisonment.
