Five Ukrainian servicemen were killed and four were injured as a result of armed hostilities in the area of anti-terrorist operation in the east of Ukraine on November 23, - the press center of the ATO Headquarters reports.

"Unfortunately, five Ukrainian soldiers were killed and four were injured in the past day. The health condition of one serviceman is critical", - the report said.

Losses of militants for this day in the ATO Headquarters are estimated at 17 people: 8 dead and 9 wounded.

During the day, the area near Krymske was the hottest in the Luhansk direction. There was an armed clash, which lasted about eight hours. Four Ukrainian soldiers were killed, two more were wounded.

Furthermore, militants shelled defensive fortifications of the ATO forces near Krymske from 82-mm mortars and light infantry weapons. The enemy shelled the defenders of Novooleksandrivka from small arms and large heavy machine guns. The defenders of Luhanske came under grenade launcher's fire in the Svitlodarsk arc.

It was hot on Pryazovia in the Donetsk direction. The illegal armed formations set there more than two dozen of mines of various calibers. They used armament of IFVs, grenade launchers and small arms near Pavlopil, and near Vodiane, the illegal armed formations fired from grenade launchers and heavy machine guns.
