NABU opened a case against Lutsenko on the possible unjust enrichment

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine has opened criminal proceedings on the possible unjust enrichment of the Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko. This was stated by the NABU press secretary Svitlana Olifira, - RBC-Ukraine reports.

"Following the decision of Solomenskyi District Court of Kyiv, adopted on October 30, which obliged to put information in the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations", - she noted.

Also, former deputy prosecutor general Renat Kuzmin reported on his Facebook that the NABU registered and initiated investigation into the criminal proceedings on unjust enrichment of the Prosecutor General Lutsenko upon his application. He also posted a letter to the NABU about the initiation of proceedings.

As previously reported, the Prosecutor General's Office brought criminal proceedings against Artem Sytnyk, the director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU), because of the probable disclosure of the investigation data.
