The Prosecutor General's Office has brought criminal proceedings against Artem Sytnyk, the director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU), because of the probable disclosure of the investigation data, - Ukrayinska Pravda reports with reference to sources in the GPOU.

As the interlocutors informed, Sytnyk can be called in for questioning today, on November 17.

The NABU director is not in Ukraine at the moment. According to Ukrayinska Pravda, Sytnyk is on a business trip in Portugal.

The GPOU opened criminal proceedings on grounds of an audio message, posted on the Internet, where a man with a voice similar to Sytnyk tells reporters the details of some high-profile matters.

Deputy Anton Herashchenko called the GPOU to open proceedings and examine this record at a meeting of the anti-corruption committee of the Council on Wednesday.
