A bill that provides for attempts to strip of immunity from all deputies at the first session of each calling has been introduced for consideration by the Verkhovna Rada. This is stated in the draft law No 7255 "On amending the procedure rules of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on granting prosecution, detention or arrest of the people's deputies of Ukraine", - Ukrayinska Pravda reports.

People's deputies from Samopomich fraction, Yehor Soboliev, Semen Semenchenko and Pavlo Kostenko, are authors of the legislative initiative.

They propose to amend the law on the procedure rules of the Rada, what will force the speaker to put the stripping of immunity from all people's deputies to vote during the first session of each calling.

"On the basis of open, roll call vote by a majority of people's deputies", - the explanatory note says.

As reported, in mid-October, the Verkhovna Rada voted to send two bills on amending the Constitution regarding the abolishment of deputies' immunity to the Constitutional Court.

One of these initiatives was filed by President Petro Poroshenko. He suggests abolishing deputies' immunity from 2020.

At the same time, the bill No 6773 of 158 people's deputies, which provides for the abolishment of deputies' immunity, was registered in the parliament.
