High Council of Justice allowed the arrest of a judge, who helped the "DNR" militants to "grab" the IDPs' apartments

The High Council of Justice has allowed the arrest of Natalia Anisimova, the judge of Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi District Court of the Odessa oblast, suspected of forging judicial decisions in order to hand over apartments in the Donetsk oblast to militants of the self-proclaimed "Donetsk People's Republic". This is stated in the report of the council's press service, - Ukrayinski Novyny writes.

It is stated that on Thursday, November 2, the High Council of Justice granted submission of the Deputy Prosecutor General - Chief Military Prosecutor Anatolii Matios on consenting to the detention of Judge Anisimova in custody.

She is suspected of facilitating the activities of a terrorist organization, seizing other people's property by false pretences and forgery of official documents by previous concert with a group of persons.

As previously reported, on October 31, the SBU employees detained Judge Anisimova. The investigation found that participants of the organized group, which included judge, militants of the DNR and other persons, forged decisions of the Kirov District Court of Donetsk in the course of 2015-2016 on behalf of the former judges of this court about the alleged changes of the apartment owners in 2013-2014.

Counterfeit judicial decisions were given to registrars, who re-registered real estate objects to front persons, after what they were disposed by the DNR representatives.

Unhindered illegal activities of this organized group in the temporarily occupied territory of the Donetsk oblast was provided by the so-called "Deputy Minister of the Interior of the DNR".
