The Security Service of Ukraine has detained the suspect in the murder of its Colonel Oleksandr Kharaberiush in Odessa. This was stated at a briefing on October 31 by the head of the SBU Vasyl Hrytsak, - 112 Ukraine TV channel reports.

"The investigation team and operatives did a lot of work, which resulted in today's detention of the suspect in commitment of this terrorist act in Odessa. She came to Odessa to get the biometric ID. By agreement with the SBU investigator, I will name this person. She is Yulia Prasolova, born in 1988; she lived in Donetsk on 67 Artioma Street", – Hrytsak said.

According to preliminary data, Prasolova received $15 thousand for doing her work.

According to Hrytsak, the woman belonged to the so-called Special Ops Centre, led by the "DNR Ministry of State Security".

"I want to say that this centre is headed by Vasiliy Yevdokimov, born on February 8, 1973, the call sign "Lenin". "The centre is coordinated and funded by Russia's special services", - the head of the SBU noted.

He stressed that the investigation continues at the present time.

Let us recall that a Ukrainian Security Service employee Colonel Oleksandr Kharaberiush died on March 31 as a result of an explosion in a car in Mariupol. The Prosecutor's Office of the Donetsk oblast qualified this incident as a terrorist attack, - the statement said.
