Odessa Judge helped the "DNR" militants to deprive the residents of the Donetsk oblast of apartments

Employees of the Security Service of Ukraine have detained a judge of the district court in the Odessa oblast and his accomplice on suspicion of forgery of judicial decisions, handing over apartments in the Donetsk oblast to the so-called "DNR" militants. This is said in the report of the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office.

It notes that the investigation established the fact that participants in the organized group, which included the judge, the "DNR" militants and other persons, in the course of 2015-2016, forged the decisions of the Kirovsky District Court of Donetsk on behalf of the former judges of this court about the alleged changes of the owners of apartments in the temporary occupied territory of the Donetsk oblast in 2013-2014.

Fake court decisions were provided to registrars, who re-registered real estate assets to front persons, after what they were disposed by representatives of the "DNR".

It is also noted that the unhindered illegal activities of the above-noted organized group in the temporarily occupied territory of the Donetsk oblast was provided by the so-called "Deputy Minister of the Interior of the DNR".

At the present time, evidence of unlawful possession of three apartments in Donetsk and Torez of the Donetsk oblast is obtained this way.

The circumstances of preparation and unlawful dispossession of at least 7 real estate assets are also being investigated.

According to results of the search at place of the judge's residence, among other things, the imprint of the coat of arms and stamp of the liquidated Kirovsky District Court of Donetsk, drafts, apartments' technical certificates, death certificates of persons, issued by the "DNR", and other documents and items that were used to counterfeit court decisions were discovered and seized.

At the present time, a report on suspicion and a submission of consent for detention of the judge to the Supreme Council of Justice, a request for a preventive measure in the form of detention are being prepared.
