Drunk gunman opened fire with small arms in public places in occupied Makeyevka, - informs the press service of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
"Another facts of serious violations of military discipline and public order by personnel of the enemy have been noted. The commander of one of the units located in Makeyevka started to fire with small arms in public places while being in a drunken state,"- said the statement on January 15th, 2016.
