The militants have stopped guarding the OSCE base in occupied Horlivka, but on Monday, September 25, the guarding was returned. This was said today by the first deputy head of the OSCE SMM Alexander Hug at a briefing in Kyiv, - correspondent of OstroV reports.

"Armed persons in Horlivka, which was not under the government control, were removed, but then returned on Monday at 8 a.m.", - he reported.

"I do not want to speculate about why these armed men were removed from the guarding of our office", - Hug added.

As previously reported, the militants stopped guarding the advanced patrol base of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission in occupied Horlivka from September 24 without a word of warning, what is a violation of the Minsk agreements.

According to Ukrainian party of the JCCC, such actions of the militants "are frankly provocative and constitute a flagrant violation of the OSCE SMM mandate".

In its turn, the "DNR" stated that guarding of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission patrol base in occupied Horlivka is provided by the militants as usual.
