The so-called "Donetsk command" of the "DNR" militants has published an order "On the prohibition of unjustified restriction of activities of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission observers in the territory of the republic". This is reported by DAN separatist agency.

"Eliminate the travel restrictions of the Mission's representatives on all the roads in fixed areas of responsibility", - the order says.

Furthermore, all units of militants were ordered to "ensure that observers have access to monitor and fulfill their mandate, to exclude provocative actions of personnel against representatives of the OSCE SMM, to ensure the inviolability of Mission's representatives in the course of their work".

The "DNR" "command" has also obliged its militants to warn the OSCE personnel about dangers, associated with terrain mining, carrying out activities with actual firing and counter diversionary activities.

"Commanders of the DNR forces must organize the necessary interaction with parties, interested in the timely information gaining on the launch of the OSCE UAV, in order to prevent interference in its work", - the report said.

At the same time, it is stated that "in case of violation of the order, the duty officers are obliged to report the incident to the senior commanders for the investigation with punishment of guilty up to the dismissal from the armed forces".
