The "DNR" prepares a law that allows recovering housing and utilities debts from the public without paying legal costs. This was reported by the creator of the Vostok terrorist battalion Alexander Khodakovskiy in the social network.
Thus, announcing the "legislative activity" of the so-called "People's Council of the Republic", the militant said that "changes to the law "On court fee" presuppose the release of housing and communal enterprises from the court fee for filing lawsuits to collect debts".

At the same time, Khodakovsky showed fears about these changes. He predicts that the courts will massively decide in favor of housing and communal enterprises, which, having freed themselves from payment of court fees, will sharply increase the number of suits.

"Who will protect the poor and war-torn population from the arbitrariness of the"beneficiaries"?", - he asked a rhetorical question.
