59 civilians were killed in the Donbass since the beginning of the year - the OSCE

Since the beginning of 2017, 59 civilians have died in the Donbass. This was reported by the first deputy head of the OSCE SMM in Ukraine, Alexander Hug in Kyiv today, - OstroV’s correspondent reports.

"Every week, the number of civilians who are injured and killed is growing. According to the SMM, since the beginning of the year, there were 341 victims: 59 have died and 282 have been injured", - he said.
