The so-called "DNR" decided that it would not pass transport of the patrols and the leadership of the OSCE SMM without a queue. This was stated by Denis Pushylin, one of the leaders of illegal formation.

"We took a compulsory measure — to pass the leadership and the patrols of the OSCE SMM through the checkpoints on the usual terms, without any priority right of way", - he said.

According to the militant, this measure was taken because "recently, the OSCE mission has been covering information that is more beneficial to the Ukrainian party".

The terrorists took offense at the fact that the SMM observers do not confirm their statements about the alleged violations of the Minsk agreements by the AFU.

Moreover, the militants were outraged by the statement of the deputy of the mission Alexander Hug who "had publicly announced the problems with the crossing of checkpoint in Novoazovsk".

"Such an approach of the OSCE SMM leadership, aimed at objective situation monitoring, raises concerns of the DNR leadership and suggests a prejudicial treatment towards the People's Republics. Thus, we took a compulsory measure — to pass the leadership and the patrols of the OSCE SMM through checkpoints on the usual terms, without any priority right of way", - Pusylin stated.
