Day in the ATO zone: four Ukrainian servicemen were killed and three were injured

Four Ukrainian servicemen were killed and three were injured in the east of Ukraine over the past 24 hours, - the press center of the ATO headquarters reports.

"In general, illegal armed groups disturbed the truce 21 times during the past day. Four of our military were killed, three were injured. The ATO forces opened fire 13 times", - the report said.

In the Luhansk direction, the militants fired at the positions of the AFU in Novozvanivka from the IFV after 6 p.m. The militants fired at Ukrainian fighters in Novooleksandrivka from grenade launchers and large-caliber machine guns, and from small arms in Stanytsia Luhanska.

"As a result of the explosion on an unknown explosive device, three of our soldiers were killed and three were injured near Novotoshkivske village about 6 p.m.", - the press center of the ATO headquarters reports.

In the Mariupol direction, the AFU support points in Vodiane and Hnutove came under grenade launcher fire. Moreover, the militants shelled Hnutove from 82 mm mortars around 8 p.m.

In the Donetsk direction, the militants fired at the outskirts of Avdiivka from grenade launchers and small arms. Around 11 p.m., illegal armed formations shelled the positions of the AFU in Pisky using 120 mm mortar, and in Luhanske – from the IFV.

Illegal armed groups continue shelling of civil buildings as well. Yesterday, about 7 p.m., they fired at the residential quarters of Marinka from large-caliber machine guns, and at 10 p.m. they fired at Zaitseve village from grenade launchers.
