Rada allowed to bring the People's Deputy Rozenblat to responsibility, but not to arrest

The Verkhovna Rada has supported the submission of the Prosecutor General's Office to remove the parliamentary immunity from the non-factional People's Deputy Boryslav Rozenblat by 296 votes. However, detention permission gained only 183 votes, and bail hearing - 181 votes", - the 112 Ukraine channel reports.

The report recalls that the regulatory committee examined all three submissions against Rozenblat on July 7. At a meeting of the committee, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau made public a film-investigation of the illegal scheme of amber mining in the Zhytomyr oblast. People's deputies Boryslav Rozenblat and Maxym Polyakov (People's Front) are suspected of the involvement in its organization.

As a result, the Verkhovna Rada Committee had approved all three submissions of the Prosecutor General's Office against the People's Deputy Boryslav Rozenblat and sent them to the parliament, - the report said.
