No exchange: Russia and representatives of the "DPR/LPR" left the hostage exchange negotiations

The delegation of Russia and representatives of the "DPR/LPR" left the negotiations of the humanitarian subgroup of the Tripartite Contact Group in Minsk for the exchange of prisoners. This was stated by Olga Kobtseva, the representative of the "LRR" in Minsk.

According to her, the Ukrainian side refused to conduct a dialogue with the "republics" of Donbass, insisting that only Russia can solve the issues of hostage exchange.

"(Representative of Ukraine in the humanitarian subgroup) Iryna Gerashchenko said that Kyiv will negotiate on the exchange of prisoners only with the OSCE and the "Russian occupier", - Kobtseva said.

According to her, in response, representatives of terrorist organizations left the negotiations together with the representative of the Russian Federation.
