Departure of a large number of heavy trucks from the occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts was registered by the OSCE SMM patrol on June 28. This is stated in the mission's report.

It is noted that the observers visited four border districts which are not controlled by the government.

The SMM team saw 11 trucks with covered carrying compartments with Ukrainian license plates waiting for departure from Ukraine at the checkpoint near Marynivka village (78 km east of Donetsk) for half an hour observation.

The patrol members registered 41 trucks with covered carrying compartments (including 3 with the "DPR" plates) waiting to leave Ukraine at the border checkpoint near Uspenka village (73 km southeast of Donetsk) within 30 minutes.

The SMM team registered 41 tractor-trailers waiting in the queue for departure from Ukraine at the border checkpoint near Novoazovsk (40 km east of Mariupol). The drivers told observers that they allegedly transported wheat and had been waiting for passage for four days because of the slow process of entry.

The observers registered for an hour how four covered trucks (over 3.5 tons) and a covered truck with trailer with Ukrainian license plates left Ukraine at the checkpoint near Dovzhanske village (84 km southeast of Luhansk).
