It is stated in the "DPR" that the building of Trade University in Donetsk was blown up

"Activating of the explosive device" caused partial collapse of the Donetsk National University of Economics and Trade building located in the Kalinin district of Donetsk on July 29. This is reported by the DAN separatist agency referring to the so-called "head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the DPR" Alexey Kostrubitskiy.

"According to preliminary information, an unidentified explosive device was activated. Several floors collapsed", - the "minister" said.

According to him, rescue and salvage operations are being carried out now at the scene of accident, 80 people and 12 units of equipment are involved.

"More detailed information will be after the experts' opinion", - he added.

Let us recall that a "source in the law enforcement agencies of the DPR" stated earlier that the "underwashing of supporting constructions because of heavy showers" caused collapse of the DonNUET building.
