Putin's envoy at the negotiations in Minsk arrived in Kiev – mass media
The Russia's representative in the Triprtile contact group to resolve the situation in Donbass Boris Gryzlov arrived in Kiev today. Interfax-Ukraine informs about that with the reference to its own source.
The interlocutor of agency connected this visit with forthcoming meeting with the Tripartite contact group in Minsk on January 13th.
Information about Gryzlov’s indirectly confirmed information about noticed Russian aircraft from the fleet of Vladimir Putin in the Borispol airport - reported Espresso.TVwith reference to the Flightradar24 service and photo evidence from the airport.
So, the Flightradar24 flight tracking service has got information that the aircraft Tupolev Tu-204-300 (RA-64057) departed from Moscow at 8:01 and landed in Borispol at 09:19.
The Tu-204-300 with registration number RA-64057 belongs to the "Russia special air squad", which is a federal state budget institution and subject to "Office of the President of the Russian Federation".
As previously reported, Gryzlov was appointed plenipotentiary representative of the Russian Federation in the Tripartite contact group to resolve the situation in the east of Ukraine by the decree of the President Vladimir Putin as of December 26th, 2015.
