People in the occupied Luhansk are being warned against signature about the danger of traveling to free Ukraine

The order is being brought to the attention of the employees in higher educational establishments of the occupied Luhansk, which warns against signature that departure to the territory of Ukraine, free from militants, is dangerous for their life. This is reported by the sources in Luhansk.

In particular, employees of the rector's office and dean's offices of the separatist clone of the University named after V.Dal were familiarized with this order today.

The same order was brought to the attention of the staff of the so-called Luhansk Agricultural University a week earlier.
