The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko emphasizes the need to determine the specific time limits for fulfillment of the Minsk agreements. He said this to journalists today in Ternopol, - informsInterfax-Ukraine.

"We emphasize that all the points of the Minsk agreements must be fulfilled and because of the failure of the Russian Federation to carry out its part of the commitment, we firmly raise the question that we need to determine specific dates for steps provided by the Minsk agreements in 2016," - Poroshenko said.
