The Kominternovo situation is a violation of the Minsk agreements - OSCE

The situation in Kominternovo in Donetsk region violates the Minsk agreements. This was stated by Deputy Head of the Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) of the OSCE Alexander Hug during the briefing, - reports RBC-Ukraine.

"The situation that happened in Kominternovo is a violation of the Minsk agreements. Ceasefire was violated by both sides. Weapons were used to gain control, where previously had been no weapons," - said Hug.
