Occupation administration of Novoazovsk district has set fines for handling accounts in UAH on the territory controlled by the militants. Ukrinform reported about this with reference to the General Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.
""Local authorities" have set a fine of 22 thousand Russian rubles for handling account in UAH on the territory temporarily occupied Novoazovsk district of Donetsk region", - reported intelligence.
The GDI noted that such steps were connected with the desire of the "DPR" leaders to consolidate the status of the Russian ruble as the basic monetary unit and establish its overvalued currency rate. However, unprofessional actions of the pseudo republic leaders only exacerbated the existing problems - believes the military intelligence.
The incompetence of the leaders of "DPR" in matters of public administration emphasizes announced by Alexander Zakharchenko plans "of the Ministry of Coal and Energy" to redirect coal market "to the needs of the countries of Europe and the Middle East".
Separately, GDI indicated that the inner fighting among the leaders of "DPR" is aggravated because of controversy on the redistribution of financial flows from the Russian Federation. The result of which was the murder of the prosecutor of Yenakiyevo Danelyan Arutyun on December 21st.
