After checking e-declarations, GPO asks Verkhovna Rada to remove immunity from 3 MPs - Lutsenko

The Prosecutor General's Office prepared proposals for the removal of immunity from Verkhovna Rada deputies Andriy Lozovyj (Radykalna Party), Yevhen Deidei (Narodnyj Front) and Hennadiy Bobov (deputy group Vidrodzhennya Party), - Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko wrote on his Facebook page.

According to him, "during the joint verification of submitted e-declarations by GPO and National Anti-Corruption Bureau, the proposals for the removal of parliamentary immunity from MPs Andriy Lozovyj, Yevhen Deidei and Hennadiy Bobov were prepared".

In particular, Lutsenko said, Bobov is suspected of evading taxes and declaring unreliable information. Deidei is suspected of illegal enrichment. Lozovyj is suspected in both illegal enrichment and evasion from paying taxes.
