A temporary residence permit is issued to a foreign citizen for a term of up to three years with the subsequent right of repeated renewal upon the application of a foreign citizen".

This was reported by the Minister of Communications and Mass Media of the LPR Mikhail Surzhenko. "The residents of the LPR will not be affected by these restrictions. Access to Vkontakte and Odnoklassniki social networks, as well as to the other Russian Web services and software resources, will not be blocked", - the minister assured".
