The leader of the "DPR" decided to "create" a "representative office" of the militants at the JCCC

The leader of the so-called DPR Alexander Zakharchenko ordered the creation of a representative office of the DPR at the Joint Center for Ceasefire Control and Coordination (JCCC).

"I order to create a republican executive authority of the DPR of special competence — a Representative Office of the DPR at the Joint Center for Control and Coordination and in the negotiation process", — is said in the "decree" which appeared on the "official" website of the pseudo-republic.

The leader of the "DPR" appointed the so-called "chief of staff of the operational command" Ruslan Yakubov the leader of the "representative office".

Zakharchenko expects that his "representative office" will monitor compliance with the arrangements on implementation of the Minsk agreements; interact with the Ukrainian and Russian parties in the JCCC, as well as with the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission; participate in the settlement of disputes related to the implementation of the Minsk agreements, and in the negotiation process on implementation of the Minsk agreements.
