The International Court of Justice delivered interlocutory judgment in "Ukraine against Russia" case, recognizing prima facie jurisdiction for the consideration of this case. This was stated by the President of the Court Ronny Abraham at public hearings in The Hague, - European Pravda reports.

"The Court considers that at least some of Ukraine's arguments fall within the prima facie jurisdiction of the court", - he stated.
