Poroshenko, Putin, Hollande and Merkel talked about the Donbass over the telephone

A telephone conversation of the leaders of the "Normandy Four" took place in the early hours of April 18. This was reported by the press service of the President of Ukraine.

"Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with the Federal Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany Angela Merkel, the President of the French Republic Francois Hollande and the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko", - the statement said.

The leaders of the "Normandy Four" countries reaffirmed their commitment to the implementation of the Minsk agreements in the sphere of security and on the political aspects of the settlement during the talks.

The leaders called to intensify efforts to solve the problem of exchanging detained persons using a formula "all for all".
