Kyiv's Shevchenko District Court seized the property of DTEK's enterprises in the occupied territory, over which the company lost control. This was reported by the press service of DTEK.

It is reported that the procedure was carried out in the framework of criminal proceedings under Part 3 of Art. 206 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

"The actions of the court concern, first of all, all vehicles, coal products and equipment of enterprises, which means a complete ban on alienation, disposal and illegal use of this property", - the press service said.

The list of arrested movable property will be included in the state register of encumbrances and the search base for the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Information about the arrested coal will be sent to the customs authorities to take measures to prevent the import of this coal to Ukraine through the territory of Russia.

"We understand that the representatives of the so-called "LDPR" will try to resume coal mining in the seized mines. Now all those who will be involved in this process will be prosecuted under Ukrainian and international legislation", - Denys Didenko, the head of the Anti-Crisis Headquarters of DTEK, said.
