Ukrainian enterprises in the Donbass, which were actually "nationalized" by the militants, were transferred under the management of CJSC Vneshtorgservis, connected to the puppet South Ossetia. This is evidenced by the so-called "decree" of the "DPR" leader Alexander Zakharchenko.

In this "decree" it is noted that Vneshtorgservis is a "temporary administrator - a special body of enterprise management that performs the functions of the supreme management body and exercises the powers of the sole executive body of the enterprise management".

In particular, Vneshtorgservis has the right to dispose of property, commodity-material values of enterprises, bank accounts, financial documents. The "temporary administrator" is also endowed with other functions that are "necessary to manage the activities of the enterprise".

The documentation of Ukrainian enterprises remains valid for 6 months. During this time, it is required to bring it "in line with the normative base of the Donetsk People's Republic".

This "decree" is signed and "enters into force" on April 4, 2017. The shareholders of this company are not specified.

According to Alexander Khodakovsky, the creator of the terrorist battalion Vostok, "the external manager" is closely connected with the unrecognized South Ossetia, which acts as an intermediary between Russia, which oversees the process of "nationalization" and the puppet "republics" of Donbass. "What is Vneshtorgservis? On what legal base does it act? Who will actually manage and own the assets of the Ukrainian owners...? No documents regulating the activities of the enterprise having a South Ossetian registration were adopted here. The enterprise, which is entrusted to carry out all the processes of management of the industrial complex of Donbass", - the disgraced traitor Khodakovsky was outraged.

As previously reported, the occupation "authorities" of certain districts of the Donetsk oblast published a list of Ukrainian enterprises on which they introduce their "temporary administrations". Vneshtorgservis company was appointed a "temporary administrator" at a number of enterprises.
