The "DPR" militants allowed Ukrainian banks not to pay interest on credits

The "DPR" militants allowed residents of the occupied territories not to pay interest on credits. This is stated in the so-called "Temporary Procedure for Enforcement Proceeding", adopted by the fake Ministry of Justice of the "republic".

This document notes in particular that "execution orders issued on the basis of decisions of the courts and other bodies (officials) of Ukraine after September 2, 2014 are beyond the execution by the Ministry of Justice bodies of the DPR".

So, all the debts to Ukraine or Ukrainian business (credits, fines, penalties, etc.) for "individuals residing on the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic, legal entities and individuals – entrepreneurs" are written off by the willful decision of illegitimate body.
