The mission is accomplished: the head of the NBU Gontaryeva wrote a letter of resignation - Lutsenko

The head of the NBU Valeriya Gontaryeva wrote a letter of resignation. This was stated to journalists on the sidelines of the Verkhovna Rada by the People's Deputy of Ukraine Iryna Lutsenko, - UNN reports.

"I think that she did the front of work that she had taken upon herself, so she wrote a letter (of resignation - ed.). There is such a moment", - I.Lutsenko said.

According to her, V.Gontaryeva repeatedly wrote letters of resignation.

"I think that this margin of safety and the amount of work that she took upon itself has come to an end… I believe that she fulfilled her work, her mission", - I.Lutsenko said.

At the same time, according to the People's Deputy, a new candidacy of the NBU chairman has not been discussed yet, as "coalition is satisfied with Gontaryeva".

I.Lutsenko stressed that V.Gontaryeva does her work despite the political and moral pressure, threats and investigations concerning her on the part of the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine and NABU.
