The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Greece disposed of the fact of the opening of "official representative office of the DPR" in Athens

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Greece stated that information about the establishment of "official" representative office of the "DPR" contradicts the reality. This is reported by RIA-Novosti.

"Greece has never recognized the self-proclaimed "Donetsk Republic". Any action that undermines the territorial integrity of Ukraine is in total disregard of the position of the Greek government on respecting its territorial integrity", — the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated.

According to him, news agencies' reports on the establishment of "official" representative office of the unrecognized formation contradict the reality.

As previously reported, the "DPR" announced the "grand" opening of certain "representative center" of the terrorist republic in Athens. The experience of opening such "centers" in other countries shows that a private initiative of several marginal politicians, sometimes registered through the registration of non-governmental organization, is claimed to be the representative office.
