Militant Khodakovsky recalled that no one in the Donbass dreamed of living in the "DPR"

Residents of the region that supported the Russian aggression of Donbass never planned to become the "citizens" of the unrecognized "DPR" and fall the victims of manipulation of Moscow political technologists. This opinion was expressed by the creator of Vostok terrorist battalion Alexander Khodakovsky on his VKontake.

He recalled that the so-called "Russian Spring" began in the Donbass under the slogans of joining of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts to Russia according to the Crimean scenario.

"At first there was our desire to be with Russia", - he writes.

According to him, an idea to convince the people of the need to create some "own state" without Ukraine appeared after it became clear that Russia would not join the region seized by the separatist rebellion.

"In order not to put Russia in a delicate situation, forcing it to refuse us in our aspiration, political technologists from the Kremlin, who came to give us "methodical" help, decided to play with concepts by launching a propaganda campaign towards creating a phantom, as if we have dreamed all our lives to create here a strong and independent state", - the militant is filled with indignation.

He recalls that the separatist-minded residents of Donbass, in fact, "dreamed of a second referendum (on joining Russia – OstroV), and that Russia took us as its part according to its results in which no one doubted".

As previously reported, activists of the pro-Russian rebellion in Donbass deceived the people who supported them in the spring of 2014, not including the issue of joining the Russian Federation into the bulletin of the "referendum" that took place on May 11. At first it was promised that a separate referendum would be held on this issue, ostensibly a week after the "referendum" on the creation of the "DPR", then this topic was completely brought to naught.
