The issue of holding election in the occupied part of Donbass is taken off from the agenda of the negotiations in Minsk thanks to the position of the Ukrainian party. This was stated by the representative of the political subgroup of the Tripartite Contact Group on the settlement of the situation in the Donbass, Olha Ayvazovska on the air of 5 Kanal, - reports Main Committee.

"In fact, the negotiation process is sometimes much more difficult in terms of victory or treason than it seems. Because the issue of constitutional changes is taken off from the agenda thanks to the negotiations and position of the Ukrainian party in particular", - she said.

According to her, CDDLO and the Russian Federation are fighting today for one issue concerning Steinmeier formula.

"Because the jurisdiction of the adopted law on the peculiarities of local self-government ends in September just from this perspective, and we should minimise the internal discussion of the political senseless nature and understand that everything is much more difficult, to be wiser in these matters", - she stressed.
