NABU confirmed the detention of the head of the State Fiscal Service Nasirov

The officers of National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine detained the head of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine Roman Nasirov in Feofaniya hospital, - LIGA.net reports referring to NABU.

NABU press service later confirmed detention of the senior official: "Nasirov was detained in the Feofania hospital during a search conducted under 'gas case' investigation. The details will be disclosed later".

Earlier, the MP from the Petro Poroshenko Bloc faction Serhiy Leshchenko said that NABU detectives were trying to detain Nasirov in Feofania hospital.

Saakashvili also mentioned the detention of Nasirov.

LIGA.net sources confirmed that Nasirov is now allegedly in hospital in Feofania. NABU and SAPU agents have arrived at the hospital. In addition, information about the intention to detain Nasirov was unofficially confirmed by NABU.
