The militants of the "DPR" have recognized that Ukraine observes regime of quiet, the decision on which was made at the negotiations in Minsk. This was stated by the introducing himself "the deputy commander of the operational command of the "republic" Eduard Basurin.

According to him, the shelling of the territory occupied by militants from the side of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is not registered after 0:00 on the night of February 19th to 20th.

"The Ukrainian party fulfills its obligations at the moment, we do not register any violations at the moment. It is possible to say that there was no shelling from zero hour", - Basurin said.
