Moscow threatened that the so-called "DPR" and "LPR" would make the final step to the sovereignty

To obtain the ultimate sovereign power infrastructure the terrorist republics "DPR" and "LPR" just need to hold local elections. This is stated in the report of the Political Conjuncture Center, which was presented at the round table "Minsk agreements. The results - 2015", - reports the TASS.

Experts of the Center claim unsubstantially that the Ukrainian side blocks the fulfillment of the Minsk agreements and "republics" allegedly "showed maximum negotiability".

"If Kiev continues to refuse dialogue with the Republics, the elections may take place as announced - in February and April 2016. To obtain the ultimate sovereign power infrastructure the terrorist republics need to make one last step. And if the Ukrainian side gives any reason, they will make this step," - predict Russian political experts.

However, they claim that even after conducting illegitimate local elections, "republics" will recognize the importance of the Minsk agreements.

As previously reported, the Minsk agreements imply the return of the occupied territories of Donbass under the jurisdiction of the Ukrainian and granting them special mechanism of administration. The presence of any "republics" within Ukraine is not provided. Elections in these areas have to take place according to the laws of Ukraine and to be recognized by the world community. First of all, the peace settlement plan provides cease of the Russian aggression in Donbass and restoring control of Ukraine on the state border with Russia, which is now controlled by the militants.
