The Kremlin hopes that Russian militants in Donbas will have enough ammunition for combat operations against the Ukrainian army. The press secretary of the Russian president Dmitry Peskov said this to journalists, - UNIAN reports.

"I do not know, we do not count their ammunition here in the Kremlin. We hope that they will have enough ammunition to respond to the aggressive actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine", - said Peskov, responding to a question about when the militants will run out of ammunition.

At the same time, he stressed that Russia may take action only on "political and diplomatic front".

As previously reported, Ukraine and the world community have irrefutable evidence that Russia regularly provides illegal military formations the "DPR/LPR" with weapons, equipment and ammunition.
