The situation in the Avdiivka industrial zone remains difficult. Today the spokesman of the Ministry of Defence on ATO related issues Oleksandr Motuzyanyk announced this at the briefing, - the correspondent of OstroV reports.

"As of this moment the situation in the Avdiivka industrial zone remains complicated. The enemy continues to shell our positions with heavy artillery and mortar fire", - he said.

"Our troops stay in their positions and are ready to repulse the enemy", - O.Motuzyanyk reported.

He also said that Russian occupational forces pulled rocket artillery to the front.
