The so-called "DPR" did not let the column of trucks carrying humanitarian aid from the UN to the “LPR” "due to technical problems with the documents". This was stated by one of the leaders of the "DPR" Denis Pushilin - separatist media report.

"In this case, an issue with the technical documentation occurred. In the near future humanitarian aid will get to its destination in the LPR", — Pushilin said.

All humanitarian aid from international organizations, which goes to Luhansk region, transits through Donetsk region, which is now controlled by the militants.

Earlier it was reported that at Novotroitske checkpoint, border guards together with the Fiscal Service and the SBU have officially issued 25 trucks with humanitarian aid from the United Nations Organization. Later border guards received information that the militants did not let the cars in. The convoy returned through Novotroitske checkpoint back to the Ukrainian controlled territory. It was located on the territory of the logistics center of the checkpoint.
