Refusal of the "DPR" and "LPR" alliance into a unified "state" under the pretext that the Minsk agreements are signed by the two "heads" of the terrorist "republics" does not look convincing. Such was the comment of the one of the ideologists of the "Russian world" Roman Manekin on his Facebook page on the words of the leader of "DPR" Alexander Zakharchenko about the impossibility of alliance with the "LPR" as contrary to the Minsk agreements.

He reminded that there are no signatures of the "heads" of the illegal formations of Donbass under the Minsk agreements.

"Zakharchenko just do not understand what he is talking about: there are neither his nor Plotnitsky's signatures as heads of states under the "Minsk". They signed it just like specific people: Zakharchenko and Plotnitsky, under the pressure of Surkov. Without positions identification. In contrast to the other members of the signing", - Manekin wrote. On the contrary, the agreement says about certain #CDDLO (certain districts of the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts – ed.). Which, of course, can have very different configuration", - he concluded.

As OstroV reported, the leader of "DPR" Alexander Zakharchenko stated that the so-called "Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republic" are not ready to unite. "I and Igor (the leader of "LPR" Igor Plotnitsky – ed.) both are the signers of the Minsk agreements. It means that there are two signatures as the Heads of States. Any alliance as of today is the change of the Minsk format, what we currently are not ready to do"- Zakharchenko stated.

The Minsk agreements, first of all, provide the restoration of territorial integrity of Ukraine by granting a temporary status of the "districts with a special order of the local government" to the occupied territories of Donbass. There are the signatures of Alexander Zakharchenko and Igor Plotnitsky under all the documents signed in Minsk. However, the concepts of "DPR" and "LPR", as well as the name of any position of the "heads of the republics", do not appear in the Minsk documents.
